Abstract

The objective of the project is risk analysis combined with agribusiness management. The title of the IP is “RISK MANAGEMENT IN SMALL RURAL PROPERTIES”, where the objective is to carry out an analysis on risk management for a small rural property. We will approach in this work agribusiness, especially family farming and how it is inserted in the market. We will talk a little about how this management works and the PDCA cycle will be described, widely used in large organizations that can also be applied in agribusiness. Every company is exposed to risks on a daily basis. Therefore providing services or providing products has its internal and external risks.
