Abstract

The interdisciplinary project of the 6th administration module consists of making a analysis of the personnel department and human resources sector of the company, looking for evidence on which points the organization is getting right and which it needs to take decisions and improve, for better corporate development. Superfrio was chosen for the development of the project, as it is a recognized company in the market and to be present in our region, besides the fact that having a member of our team as an employee of the administrative sector, which facilitates access to information. At the José Marcio Carioca Performance Assessment study unit, aims to show the importance of evaluating the performance of employees within of the company, providing feedback to them, about what their strengths and weaknesses are, where they excel in what they do and when they need to present changes, for personal and professional development.
