Abstract

The main objective of the project is to seek to understand the business budget as a relevant methodology for planning, executing and controlling activities and operations in organizations, whatever their size, where we will address the following processes: budget management, sales budget, budget operating expenses, business budget, strategic management of taxes, real profit, presumed profit and simple national; in addition to a brief analysis of the tax regime of the company Banco Votorantim S/A.
