When executing the registration of the company in the responsible bodies, the entrepreneur is aware of accepting the risks of the business activity, so, thinking about the corporate structuring in the company project “CALÇADOS PASSO CERTO - ME”, we will analyze all possibilities, aiming at: profit, responsibility and social function, with a view to good relations between business agents: Employees, customers and employers; We will simulate failures that may cause future labor liabilities, we will think of alternatives to better solve them.
